I think you should get the email address since this is formal business.
Do you know anyone who has received funding for a similar local business from M&T bank? Does M&T have an SBA loan department in New Jersey?
I would like you to do some more research using SBA.gov and see if you can get a better financing referral through using that website. I'm not going to grade this one--let's see what you can come up with for next week.
